Design, editing, and illustration of the book «Sabores y Raíces,» a collection of recipes and traditional knowledge connected to the practice of extensive livestock farming by women farmers from across Spain.
The visual approach combines contemporary typography with analog collage illustration, drawing from the idea that the traditional and the contemporary are not opposing territories. Illustration also functions as a common language that unifies the plurality of experiences and realities gathered in the book.
Ganaderas en Red is a collective of women farmers and shepherdesses working toward the recognition and visibility of their work in rural communities. Edited by: Fundación Entretantos.
